Official 3D Dot Game Heroes "Make-A-Hero" Contest Rules

Open to residents of U.S. and Canada, 13 years or older. All valid entries received between May 10, 2010 at 3:00 pm PST and June 12, 2010 at 12:00 pm PST will be automatically entered for a chance to win.

Winners will be chosen at the discretion of Atlus U.S.A., Inc. Ratings and comments have no bearing on the selection of winners. One (1) first place winner will receive one (1) Amazon game code worth $100.00 USD, valid for merchandise in the video games department on Amazon.com. Five (5) second place winners will each receive one (1) Amazon game code worth $25.00 USD, valid for merchandise in the video games department on Amazon.com. Atlus U.S.A., Inc. will notify winners on or around June 16, 2010 via the e-mail address provided in the submission. No response from winners within 7 days of notification will result in forfeiture of winnings. Atlus U.S.A., Inc. reserves the right to change the prizes or terms of the contest at any time. Atlus U.S.A., Inc. will not be responsible for any damage or loss of any prize materials during transmission. Atlus U.S.A., Inc. will not be responsible for any data transfer error resulting in late or incomplete contest submissions. Employees of Atlus U.S.A., Inc. and the families of employees are ineligible to participate in the contest.

Entries that do not follow the official rules as stated will not be accepted.

Entries must include a .zip or .rar file containing the requisite files that constitute 3D Dot Game Heroes character data. Entries must be uploaded via the dedicated 3D Dot Game Heroes Hall of Heroes web-based upload system located at http://www.3DDotGameHeroes.com/hallofheroes. Entries containing lewd, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content, such as but not limited to graphic violence, bodily functions, sexuality, controlled substances, profanity, nudity, and/or vulgar gestures will be rejected. No licensed material or characters of any kind, even if they are the intellectual property of Atlus or appear in titles published by Atlus U.S.A. will be accepted. No use of brand names, logos, or commercial products will be accepted. Entrants grant Atlus U.S.A., Inc. full rights to use image submissions for future promotional purposes.

Submissions may not infringe on any rights not belonging to the entrant. Any submission found to infringe on the rights of any person/persons will be rejected unless accompanied by explicit written consent by the rights holder directly to Atlus U.S.A., Inc.

By entering the "Make-A-Hero" contest, participants agree to the official rules as stated above, without exception.
